We invite you to subscribe to our newsletter. To volunteer, first decide what TEAM(S) you want to work on and then complete an MRD VOLUNTEER APPLICATION. You can fax your application to the MRD Volunteer Coordinator at 480-610-3346, or you can mail it. Send it to: Volunteer Coordinator, 5140 E. Ingram Street, Mesa, Arizona 85205-3462. If you want to drop it off at the District Office, here is a MAP to the location.
If you have questions, send us a note. Someone will contact you by e-mail or give you a call.
The next steps are as follows:
1. After your application is received, you'll will be contacted for an interview to discuss your interests.
2. Then, a written agreement will be prepared specifying what you'll be doing.
3. Next, you'll attend an orientation session to inform you about volunteer and Forest Service policies.
4. Now you're ready to work on some projects. If you decide this is right for you, you'll be issued a uniform and you're a Mesa Ranger District Volunteer!
